We purchased a cute sectional sofa showtime of 2021. Our cat slipped and we concluded up with a scratch in the leather. We idea no problem. We take the "worry no more than" warranty. Well much to our dismay apparently we did non. It seems that even though our receipt nosotros received when we purchased the sofa showed that we bought information technology, our sales rep Ted ** had removed it so we no longer had the warranty.

When we contacted Macy's and allow them know what had happened and could not understand how or why this would have happened and requested that they honor what our original understanding was despite what they show they had, nosotros were told that WE were the ones that would have cancelled having the warranty. (Did not happen). We were told we would have had an electronic mail receipt showing that we had cancelled. Nosotros received no such email. Worst client experience ever. To put the arraign on a customer with nothing but a "and then sorry" not our issue. Nosotros volition never purchase anything from them over again.

I experience cheated and scammed. I tried claiming the warranty almost expiration and they gave me endless run-arounds that I gave up. I and so tried to claim the "gift certificate" and they refused to honor it. This is an absolute scam and you should RUN AWAY. Never buying from Macy'southward again. Horrible.

Purchased very expensive couch from Macy's Furniture along with warranty. Charger on couch well-nigh defenseless fire so nosotros called. Macy'due south said they couldn't aid us Because nosotros had purchased warranty. Contacted warranty company and after a month sent out a guy in his car with a bunch of used parts tangled up in his trunk. Later he couldn't find a used switch there he said he would order parts. Waited for months (the amount of time stated on their app) then contacted them for update and they said they closed the file because of no contact from usa. WHAT? They reopened the claim and again months later on still can't tell the states where our parts are. They pass up to keep in contact or really practice annihilation. I call up this company is a literal scam and they take no intention of fixing our couch.

I bought a new recliner sofa and warranty from Macy's that was delivered in Jan 2019. In early 2021 we started seeing foam on the living room carpeting. Investigation showed usa a rip under the footrest. We contacted the warranty company who told us the rip was not covered. The "worry No More" contract specifically says fabric was covered. I contacted Macy's client service who told me today that the sofa is no longer covered under manufacturer's warranty. The procedure of trying to get this fixed has taken several months and has resulted in me having to endeavour to become this sofa fixed locally. I will Never purchase another piece of furniture from Macy'due south and their warranty is a total waste of coin.

Macy's damaged my driveway when they delivered my furniture June 2021. I have gotten nothing merely the runaround. They have shoved me off to the commitment driver company and to their insurance company. None of them will answer phone calls or text messages. I accept been told that a supervisor would call me back but never did. I was instructed to get an estimate for the driveway repair and submit it to them. I did that June 2021 and still waiting for a supervisor to call me.

I have chosen Macy's furniture customer service 8-23-21 seven times and have been disconnected. When Macy'southward puts me on hold to speak to a supervisor later on x or xv minutes it disconnects the call. I have been chosen back twice and put back on hold and disconnected again and no return call. This is a large claim and they volition not have intendance of it. I don't understand why Macy'south damages belongings and will not pay for information technology. If anyone knows how to help me to get payment for the driveway property damage please permit me know. Thank y'all.

I tin't believe the person that came to my home saying he was in my abode to await at my mattress and see the stain I was saying the mattress had when they delivered the mattress the get-go time. The person that came to my habitation did non had a business card to place himself, he complaint when I told him to put a shoe covering because of my carpet. He also started complaining when I requested him to article of clothing gloves when he starting treatment my personal sheets and bedding. He kept saying I was rude about request him to article of clothing GLOVES, I told him this was my abode and I make the rules. He kept complaining and proverb I was rude. I said he was the one being rude because I kept demanding he used gloves. He left and he did not finished his visit or took intendance of his duties.

I bought warranty on multiple pieces of piece of furniture from Macy'due south because the salespeople said information technology was a adept idea and I believe in insurance. Don't. Save your money to replace whatever item has been damaged. My couch has the warranty, which includes rips, tears, stains, fries, manufacturer defect, etc. or at least says it does. For the terminal few months I accept had a few major bug pop upward with the couch.

1) The down feathers pushed THROUGH the cloth cushions to poke and stab me (manufacturer defect).
ii) I spilled V8 staining it and and then a month later accidentally spilled mustard equally well (stains).
iii) My domestic dog had surgery and urinated on the couch considering of the accident. (pet)

four) I was carrying a metal grate and accidentally hitting the couch causing a rip on the side (rip).

Each of these individually would accept been good enough for warranty request nether the stated terms from my conversation with Worrynomore. All the same, because I flipped the cushions and hid the rip backside something all of this damage was just "normal wear and tear". They said that considering I did not request the individual issue it all goes to normal life events.

If you have worrynomore and so my advice is to certificate and request EVERYTHING and ANYTHING the moment it happens. If you spill a glass of wine, request the warranty instead of flipping the cushion. If your puppy chews on the legs of the bed, don't merely let it go because y'all want to laurels the spirit of the warranty as being for material items that cannot be "hidden or put up with". Macy's does not care about yous trying to award the spirit of warranty and will do everything they can to deny payment. It is a bad experience and a bad deal. People used to ask me about Macy's article of furniture and I was relatively positive. Non now. It is a horrible experience and a headache.

So sad to be writing this - we used to loved Macy's for piece of furniture. We ordered close to $12,000 worth of article of furniture in December 2020. Agreement the challenges that faced everyone, we were very accomodating to delivery schedules being severely delayed. I received 2 emails (1st in June, 2nd 7/21) confirming my furniture delivery date is seven/24. Here we are on 7/24, and despite confirmation emails, no furniture. After spending over 1.5 hours on the telephone, I acquire that my furniture will not be delivered, and an entire burrow on my social club is of a sudden no longer available. How was I non informed of this change in the last 8 months? (FYI - Credit card was charged in full.) Client Service cannot reach the warehouse, and warehouse isn't notifying me. Supervisors tin only identify requests to warehouse managers. Frustrated, I wrote an email to the VP of Customer Service. Discussion of alarm to all - avoid Macy'southward for furniture until they get themselves together.

I have never had such a poor experience ordering furniture. On Memorial Day I went to Macy's and found a mattress which I purchased for commitment on July 24th. I got a receipt that had the delivery written in bold letters and even circled. I called my banking company to qualify the transfer and saw the money exit my business relationship. A calendar month after I received an email from Macy'due south stating that I had not authorized the payment. I idea it was foreign but authorized it again anyways since the original transaction disappeared from my business relationship. Over again I saw the money leave my account and got a confirmation email with the delivery date as July 24th.

A few weeks later I received some other call that I had not authorized my transaction and that the soonest they could deliver my mattress was August 2nd. The people that I spoke to on the telephone about the issue lacked knowledge and were very rude. They could not fifty-fifty guarantee that this issue would not happen again in the hereafter and insisted that I had fabricated a mistake even though I had plenty of proof that I had non. Needless to say I canceled my society and WILL NOT exist shopping at Macy's Furniture in the futurity!

I bought a leather recliner sofa set 5 years ago and as well purchased seven-year WorryNoMore plan. Well-nigh 2 months ago, 1 of the recliners was broken. With my busy schedule, I submitted my claim online later a month it occurred. Then information technology was denied because I submitted my claim later on 15 days it occurred!! I wasn't aware of the 15 days rule. They said is shown on the rules' and regulation document. WHO IN THE WORLD WOULD READ THE Document THAT CONTAINS 100 THOUSAND TINY CHARACTERS Afterward PURCHASING A WARRANTY!!! This plan is almost similar a scam. Consumer activists should sue Macy'south and WorryNoMore Plan. I would NEVER EVER buy anything from Macy's furniture.

As function of our outdoor dining set, a mechanism broke off that kept the umbrella straight. Without the mechanism, the umbrella is tilted and leaning on the chairs. It's not functional. I create a merits asking to have this repaired or replaced. They tin can't repair it, don't offer me a new one, and instead offer $150 (for a $600 umbrella). What kind of a warranty is this? What practiced is that? I could have spent the $300 the warranty cost to buy another umbrella elsewhere.

I bought a sofa set from Macy's back in 2016 and Worry-No-More (WNM) policy to have a peace of mind near potential stain or markers my kids would make. We never had any incidents for years and merely recently when we moved to our new abode and working and learning remotely, we has used the set more than frequently.

I discovered some markers and probably liquid marking but could not remove those with the WNM kit they provided. I filed the merits and was denied considering of several reasons:
ane. out of time frame: I but made a guess it was around 16-30 days and was told has to be within 15 days.
ii. we were abusing the sofa. I did non understand what they meant by "abuse". We use it for seating; did they mean we seat too much on them?
three. We did not take necessary step to forestall incidents. Based on what was told, I should have covered the sofas whenever my kids are around and doing something. Why did I purchase the policy when I need to worry that much? Why did I buy the sofas and cover it the whole fourth dimension because the sofas are in our great room and my kids are always playing around the room.

4. We did not maintain the sofas as recommended. I clean the sofas very oftentimes.

What practice they mean by WORRY NO MORE? A consummate cheat! For this reason, I will never shop at Macy's again. A goodbye from a Platinum member.

Ordered a sectional and it was delayed 4 times which may take been understandable due to Covid but could non get an answer from customer service about possible commitment dates. Finally came in and the had the incorrect address for delivery. Called to right that twice. Email confirmation still had the incorrect accost including city. Called again. Told them County rd V. They repeated Tony rd B. Spelled it for them over again and they got the City wrong spelled. Lodi they spelled information technology Logy.

Finally over 5 months afterward I ordered it the delivery engagement came but believe it or not they had the wrong address. New delivery engagement commitment truck got lost. Had to navigate them to the house which wasn't like shooting fish in a barrel considering of a linguistic communication bulwark. The guys couldn't get it in the door so they were going to take it back???? I helped them remove packaging and we got it in. Minus the ottoman of form it did not come with the rest of the sectional. Delight I'chiliad begging y'all. Become anywhere but Macy'south for your piece of furniture. Sit on the floor and keep your sanity.

We bought warranty on our dining table. Subsequently five years I try to claim for my voucher. I been calling since June and every time I call they give me different # to call and even calling 5-6 different places still I didn't get my money dorsum cause I'grand 2 days over my 90 days. The problem was nobody told me to log on the website (worry no more) and make full out the course. Kickoff person told me I'll receive a voucher through electronic mail after waiting 2-3 days, nothing. I called five dissimilar places today and now I'm over two days but I still didn't get what I needed. I have a family, I can't spend all day staying on the phone. Beingness on hold for xv-20 minutes and no help, this is my experience. I'1000 not happy with their service at all and will non buy any piece of furniture again from them.

Make sure you contact them about your commitment status. I was waiting all day for Macy's to deliver my bed, but to notice out they canceled all deliveries for the day. Where they do that at? Someone from client service should take contacted me letting me know, but I had to call them. Macy's has the worst delivery service ever.

I purchased a sectional in early January for a delivery engagement of mid-Feb. It is now April - ii months passed the promised delivery date and I still don't accept my exclusive. I decided to buy this sectional instead of another at Macy'south because of the before delivery date. Clearly, I was wrong. The same sectional I've purchased is all the same advertised for a 6 week delivery window, and then does that hateful orders placed after mine will be completed first??? At Macy's y'all're just told lies to fob you into purchasing sofas with falsely advertised/promised delivery expectations.

After repeatedly following up for an update, I was told I may receive information technology in May and was asked what I wanted to do at this betoken. Subsequently having waited this long later on getting rid of my sofa in apprehension for the sectional in February, I wouldn't want to have to cancel my club, but I yet haven't been provided with a commitment engagement months later. It is unbelievable how the lodge has been this delayed. Who knows if I'll ever receive my club.

We moved from San Francisco to Oakley. Nosotros decided after shopping several places we would go with Macy's because wife had a skillful feel with a couch before. First we bought our mattress and back up beds at Macy's. The admirer was very helpful. We then decided to purchase a $5000 couch every bit well after already spending $6000 on bedding. The mattress and bedding were ok with the exception of them delivering the incorrect size supporter for my son'southward full size bed. Nosotros did not receive the correct size until 3 weeks after with no follow up e-mail or phone call to let united states of america know they were coming to deliver.

It then gets worse, the lady at the city San Mateo furniture place decides that she has to sell us extra pieces to get a cheaper price simply told us when the burrow is delivered tell the delivery drivers nosotros no longer needed the extra pieces and so we can get refunded. After several telephone calls attempting to reach the salesperson I requested to speak to the supervisor since one of the several customer service numbers had no recollection of the buy order numbers. Furthermore Macy'south continued to agree pending charges on our credit card later on telling us we won't get charged till the furniture is delivered in March. We waited and we connected to get e-mail that information technology will come in April, then May, now June.

This is a little snippet of several fake promises and horrible customer service. I tend to believe nearly people volition write a review when upset and non happy with the service. In all fairness my wife choice Macy's because of prior experiences. With that being said after spending over x,000 dollars nosotros will request a refund and volition never purchase furniture from Macy's again. I also understand the pandemic has acquired an issue with back orders, merely the lack of customer service to go a sale and get their commission is very disheartening as nosotros now are without a burrow and continue to sit on hardwood at our new HOUSE!!!!

Simply nearly every single mattress shop including online offer a 90 twenty-four hours or 120 day guarantee that if you don't like it they will have it back at no charge! I am a platinum member with Macy's and the $2000 mattress gave me horrible back pain and so later on ii weeks I called to return it. $99 plus 15% fee. I called I stated that due to the virus you cant examination out the bed. They were rude and stated their return policy is posted all over their website... I'one thousand nope! 4 clicks in it does appear simply until you have delved into their website you lot would accept absolutely no clue. Slightly deceptive marketing as it is not articulate when you purchase or are checking out! Well I did buy another mattress but non at Macy'south! Great way to treat your Platinum members.

Worry No More's cleaning human came by and cleaned only ane cushion even though 2 cushions had issues and I was advised 3 cushions would be cleaned. My front room doesn't accept much light and I had to turn on the overhead light to finally run into the cushion and the stains - the other cushion your human never touched or moved even though the stain got on the right cushion and down the side a fleck. He said ane cushion was all he was supposed to make clean.?

Why when I purchased a sofa with the Worry No More than Warranties warranty - the promises of this fulfilled warranty that included "Pet Stains" - and when I finally called in to study the issue - it's been a complete JOKE. No 1 tin tell me anything and after many calls and finally going into the store I finally got some kind of help - merely when your promises of cleaning iii cushions doesn't happen and the cleaning person refuses - I again take to fight to get the promises completed? Purchases with faux promises almost feels like fraud and taking reward of the elderly past the Worry No More than Warranty.

At present I am sitting on agree once once again with the Worry No More than Warranty - which overall from the get-go I have spent most iv.five hours from the initial call, going to the store and dealing with more than calls and even through emails and and then waiting for the human to come out and steam clean 1 cushion, This Warranty is not what I was promised - it'southward very misleading and I would NEVER recommend it to anyone. At this time I feel it is well-nigh an insult to me to deal with unkept promises - it's either deliver your promises or refund my full amount of what I paid for this Worry No More than Warranty. You lot received pictures of 2 cushions with stains NOT i. Your reply asap would be recommended.

Purchased not ane, But 2 Mattresses at the same time for 2 beds, Easy plenty right??? Nope, subsequently I completed transaction, So I am told they are not in Stock, "OK, How long," "10 Days," OK, I can live with that, xvi days afterwards, I finally get someone on the phone, Not The automatic machine!!!! iii calls later I figured out prompts to get effectually it, Guy has an attitude, Doesn't attempt to help in Commitment department, Only tells me that afterwards 16 days, and even though I paid delivery and upfront, It volition have another 6 days to get them hither, THEY ARE ALL BACKED UP. I should have gone ahead and purchased from whatsoever one of the other stores, And Yes I am the highest level of Customer that Macy'southward has and this is how they treat their practiced customers, and they wonder why AMAZON is putting them outta business!!!! I dont!!!!

I purchased a 3pc exclusive in September 2020. I received the delivery in February 2021 but merely got 2 pieces. I called client service, they sent out an inspector to verify the missing piece. After 4 calls to customer service, I was told it was my error for non ordering in person or over the phone because I decided I only wanted 2 pieces so that'southward how I ordered it? At that place is no option to custom built these sofas, I clicked quantity (1) for 3pc sectional. After iii customer service that told me they would accept care of it, the fourth rep said I should never gild article of furniture on line and I only ordered ii pieces and if I wanted 3rd piece I either needed to pay for it or pay 15% restocking fee and arrange and pay for commitment to them.

Wanted to send a big heads upward to anyone buying from Macy'south Furniture online. If the company decides their prices are too low they or that they made a mistake in pricing - they will cancel your order with a generic email and will not offering whatsoever other discount or to waive commitment fees etc. I was debating betwixt 2 sectionals one at a boutique and one at Macy's. When the Macy's burrow went on sale I purchased it online. The next day they confirmed my order. So this morning time they canceled my gild saying information technology was an online pricing mistake. Now the couch at the boutique is gone and I accept no other options. Very upset. This seems like a allurement and switch tactic.

I ordered a sofa at Macy's on Nov 11th. I was told there was a 4-half-dozen week lead fourth dimension. Discounted couch purchased online underneath large blood-red text that stated gratuitous shipping. I merely moved into a new flat and needed a couch. I don't demand a sleeper sofa or anything ornate. Bones looking grey couch seemed to be exactly what I was looking for. The price was fair in comparing to other couches online and I had good conviction in shopping at Macy's. The bottom line, couch is non worth the disbelieve price. The burrow frame is incredibly flimsy. The comprehend fabric is of skillful quality, looks proficient but I tin can't foresee it lasting. But sitting down the frame seems like it is going to intermission. If it was worth the coin I wouldn't have felt so bad about this buy.

Macy's Furniture is crooked. Macy's Article of furniture is running a dishonest business. Big red font on the screen stating free shipping. The receipt showed free shipping and the total in large font. Later on closer inspection another total was underneath with a special aircraft change and an additional total. I didn't come across it- Look at me, I am dumb and was easy to ripoff. I can't do a matter near it. Fine print stating special shipping fee is non-refundable, order needed to exist canceled within a time that had already passed past the time I saw the charge on my credit carte. Congratulations on the terminal thing I volition always purchase from Macy'south.

Let me start by saying I regret purchasing furniture from Macy's. I purchased a sofa and decorative chair, the decorative chair had to be replaced afterward we constitute out it was missing screws, the person who came out (third party) determined he could non fix and chair had to exist replaced. The sofa.... Where do I commencement. This slice of crap is non even 2 years old and the right paw side of the sofa has sunken in so bad, your butt can literally touch on the floor, you would remember a minivan has been sitting there.

They had another (tertiary party) come out who said to me they could not fix it as the upshot would reoccur if cushion was replaced. He said he would submit info to Macy's for final resolutions. After a few days and no calls I contacted them, they stated this was categorized as normal wear and tear... What you having a sofa that is non even 2 years with one side hitting the floor is normal wear and whattt.... I contacted Macy's who was of no utilize. The 3rd political party they sent out clearly stated at that place was no ready. I take had toilet paper last longer than this sofa. Conflicting information, sub par products and one very disappointed customer with a useless sofa... Sofa lifespans should not be a year and 5, my last sofa lasted 5 years. Macy's furniture is a joke. I'g staying away from them all together thanks to this experience.

Macy's so-called White Glove Service, which is actually the proper noun of the visitor they use to deliver article of furniture, is awful! If there were no stars available, I would actually give them negative ones. They delivered twice to my home, once ii patio chairs and once a patio table. With regard to the chairs, they wanted to know if I needed to have the chairs taken out of their boxes! With regard to the patio table, I had made requests twice to Macy's representatives to ensure that they would be wearing masks over their noses. 1 did, i did non. When I asked him to put his mask over his nose, he refused and simply went back into the truck!

The other one finished putting the table together (in a low-cal drizzle) and then left it in the garage. It would have been very easy for them to put the table together in the garage. In whatsoever case, the table looks awful, with many scratches and dents. I volition be returning the tabular array and requesting a refund of the delivery charges for both the chairs and the table. Given the rude, obnoxious, and incompetent beliefs of these delivery folks, my guess is that Macy's is paying very lilliputian for this service and overcharging customers. My suggestion is not to purchase any article of furniture from Macy's!

Don't buy from here. They lie every step of the mode and just proceed saying sorry. And so accuse your credit card and say "Oops. Someone made a mistake but we can't give y'all a refund until the product is back in the warehouse." Meanwhile the lodge was cancelled 15 minutes after placing but it somehow got shipped out subsequently speaking to several reps twenty-four hours after twenty-four hours. They just want to make their numbers. It's disgusting.

I'm writing because I take NEVER had such an AWFUL experience with any company as bad equally Macy's. We purchased an end tabular array online (dorsum in Sept) from Macy's. Our first delivery wasn't scheduled until Dec 5th. We waited... called... and waited on that Sabbatum.!!! We blocked out the whole afternoon, that went into our evening plans... We waited. No call. No commitment. Every time I would telephone call customer care to find out what was wrong... they told me a new ETA time... and then we would wait..and wait... Nosotros were put on concur for HOURS on end... and waited ...and waited... no delivery!!!

7 HOURS After, I receive an email saying it wasn't coming. At 9:30pm that dark!!! And do I had to call and they find be that the next "available time" wasn't until a calendar week and a half after. I never received whatsoever communication that unabridged afternoon or evening when there was such a HUGE delay!!! And information technology NEVER ARRIVED... Ugh!!! No apologies. Nothing.

Then today, was the rescheduled delivery day. We got a call and they said they would be there in 10 minutes- which we were told they would call "xxx minutes ahead"- and it was not in our delivery time that was ready - so my husband had to chop-chop Exit piece of work and drove 25 minutes when I finally got a text from the driver saying that when they put it together information technology was damaged & they wouldn't exist delivering it afterwards all. Nosotros had been previously told that it would exist inspected at the warehouse Before a delivery was scheduled... to make sure information technology was in perfect condition... What happened??!! Seriously?!!! Now they say we can't get it until Dec 21st.!!?

Every client amanuensis at Macy'southward has lied to usa, given wrong/misleading info and we STILL don't have our stop table after three months!!! Macy's company, MAKES us pay a $lxx fee for "white glove commitment" and this has non been annihilation close to that!!!! So much loss of time and and then much frustration!!! Never, ever buy from Macy's!!! Very UNSATISFIED customers Rudy & Stefanie **.
